What we're all about

Generative AI has sparked a wave of creativity rarely seen before. Its ability to mimic human dialogue and decision-making is changing the way businesses are run across industries. At Numa, we're making it easier for automotive dealerships to access, and harness, the disruptive potential of Generative AI to transform their customer operations for exponential growth. We aren’t merely creating products. We’re creating something that will transform the entire dealership industry into an operation that will be unrecognizable from the incumbent players of today.

Core Values

Our values are part of everything we build here — including careers
Drivers not passengers

We're self-motivated, take initiative, and go beyond the call of duty. We take ownership, roll up our sleeves, and dive in, even when things are ambiguous.

Arete — Greek for 'excellence'

We believe in striving to be 1% better every day. We approach challenges with a growth mindset and commit to excellence in whatever we endeavor. We reflect on our work and identify how to do things better next time.

Infectiously positive

We bring positivity to ourselves, our colleagues, and our customers. Finding the upside in difficult situations and focusing on cheering on ourselves and those around us.

Win as a Phalanx

We are the ultimate team player. In ancient history, soldiers in a Phalanx carried shields, not for their own protection, but for the person next to them. We bring a positive, humble attitude and focus to help our teammates above ourselves individually.

Antifragile

Things won't always go right. We anticipate it, have a plan to address it, and carry on in the face of adversity. We don't let challenges or anxiety get in the way of forward momentum & progress.

Customer success is everyone's business

We obsess over how our customers are doing with Numa. We are continuously focused on how to bring them a better experience and empower them to achieve their goals as fast and simply as possible.
